portraits of plants
some plants from my sketchbook; no lichen yet. combination of pencil and marker. my scanner is ancient and it did not pick up all my pencil, oops.
in retrospect these are kind of manky, but i like them anyway because they're helping me figure something out. the cactus is my favorite.

these are really alive. interesting choice to leave out the color that you did. definatly cool. look at durer's plant drawings and watercolors. also, see if your scanner will go to a higher dpi or ppi or whatever. if not, try updating the firmware. if not, just take a picture.

Awww. Amy I really like the little flowers, with the green burst in the corner. They are my favorite. I will point out the one I like best when we are together again my love.
